The person accepting these terms confirms they are authorised to act for the business, and that all information provided about the business is accurate.
Offers and advertising must be lawful, honest and clearly described. Nibld may pause or remove any offer, advert or restaurant page that breaks these terms or applicable law.
Business accounts must not use Nibld data for purposes other than managing their own presence and campaigns on Nibld.
